The Tecla is currently alongside in Mandal. Today everybody gets the time to wonder around and have a look at Norway. Tomorrow early in the morning we will be setting sail to Kristiansand.
Last night we entered the harbor under sail, just main sail and forstaysail. The main was lowerd into what we call in dutch an old wief, an old lady, boom in the middel and a round and full sail. We where hoping to get to our berth without using motor, but with the river current against us and the wind dropping in the first turn in the harbor we had to use engine any way. We where moored around 00:00 local time, so we had a late breakfast this morning. The weather is good, grey, but dry, so most of the crew are out hiking.
